  • EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, MSW., RSW.

Hi! Welcome to this lil section about me; I have had the absolute luxury of working with humans from all across the mental health continuum; with over 10+ years in private practice to healthcare & in non-profit organizations, all the while balancing three cats and a spouse. My education started with just a toe dip of obtaining an Addictions Certificate in B.C but ended a few years later with a full deep-water dive into my Master of Social Work with a clinical specialization.

I am clinically trained in EMDR, Gottman I-III, and am IFS informed but to name a few. These modalities are such a compliment to PAT; Psychedelic Assisted Therapy, along with the intersection of science, nature and theory around the sheer possibilities of Ketamine!

With some time to self-reflect and reevaluate her priorities and goals, she realized that spending more time on her own mental health journey and that of others is where she was meant to be. She then joined the peer support team within EMS and is currently training for a new role with Mobile Integrated Health as a Paramedic.Upon doing her own research on the use of ketamine and its benefits on mental health, she is very excited to be a part of the healing journey for so many. She has had the opportunity to work with ketamine in her career and is excited to see the benefits of it from a different light.
